Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson has received accolades after unveiling an unexpected makeover.

Embodying the ultimate 'girl dad', The Rock posted a clip on social media earlier this week, showing him undergoing a makeover courtesy of his daughters. In the video, Johnson's head was adorned with makeup, including eyeshadow, blush, and what appeared to be lip gloss.

Accompanying the video, he wrote: "Over the years, I’ve realized you often reflect on life’s choices and think that was a good idea, or even a great idea.

"Or… What the %#$@ was I thinking??

"And it turns out to be fortunate that I have a very large head with A LOT of 'canvas' for these little ones to enjoy and explore their artistic makeover endeavors.

"Our little ones are only small for a short while, so bring it on ladies - daddy is fearless."

The amusing clip shows Johnson sitting in front of the camera while his daughters decorate his head with a variety of colorful products. At one point, The Rock lowers his head, only for one of his little girls to lift it back up, allowing the makeover session to continue.

Later in the clip, Johnson can't maintain his serious expression and bursts into laughter at his daughter's antics.

The clip was widely appreciated, with many commending The Rock for being such a wonderful girl dad.

One person commented: "Been there. It's worth it. Every time."

Another remarked: "Gotta love when the strongest man on Earth becomes the softest dad in the room. That’s real power."

A third added: "Another day in the life of being a girl dad. I love this for you all."

Johnson has three daughters - Simone, 23, with ex-wife Dany Garcia, and Jasmine, nine, and Tiana, six, with his wife, Lauren Hashian.

In 2023, Johnson discussed how he manages to balance work and family life.

Speaking to reporters, as per PEOPLE, he stated: "I believe I've reached a stage in my life where I can create my own schedule, which is really nice, because it wasn't always that way, and I feel really fortunate.

"And I think, by creating my own schedule, it allows me to stay close to the girls and have them with me around every corner."
